How Do I Return an Item?
Before starting a return, it must be approved by our return department. Please contact us at rwalkden@comcast.net, we'd love to help!

Shipping Cost?

We will pay for return shipping in the event an order has errors on our part, e.g. wrong color, size, missing parts, etc.

Condition Criteria.

Please retain the receipt, original packaging, and any tags attached to the product(s).
We cannot except returned products containing fur, stains, or odors.

How Long Do I Have to Return a Product?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Special Considerations?

Due to a supplier's policy, there may be times when the standard policy does not apply. Please see your product information.
